Sourcing refers to the act of searching for the origin of something. In our case, our service to you is to locate the origin of a product or service that you require. Being able to minimize the number of 'hands' that a product has passed through before reaching you greatly reduces the costs of the product. For example, you might be able to buy a mug in the US from a wholesaler or importer but you have no idea how many people has that product gone through from it's manufacturing source before reaching you. Even if that mug is manufacturer in the US itself, the cost of having that same product manufactured in a country such as CHina or Vietnam will still be cheaper due to the lower cost of living and exchange rate.
Fees
Sourcing companies usually take approximately 5% from the total price for our services and effort. Nevertheless, we are always negotiable on pricing.
Types of products
They are able to source for any type of product or service. It can be a single product, eg. a white coffee mug, or a wider range of products, eg. feng shui items
