Process

1. Send us as much details as possible on the product that you are looking for.
2. We will contact you upon receipt of the details to confirm receipt of the details. No deposit is necessary at this time.
3. We start sourcing for the product.
4. We will contact you again to provide you with a secure web address which will provide you with all details available on the product that we have located.
5. Should you require a physical sample of the product, we will send you a sample. However, a deposit is required for the sample.
6. Upon your confirmation on quantity, price and delivery timeframe, payment details will be forwarded to your goodself.

7. Upon receipt of payment, we will ship you the product via normal post (for small orders) or via freight or air (for large orders) unless you specify otherwise.
